Anxiety Attacks...

Today we went to Elijah's Dr. appointment to get the rest of his immunization shots.
Unfortunately he DID cry this time, but I think it affected ME more than it did HIM!

...Breathe. Slow deap breaths. That's what I keep reminding myself...
